Grilled Zucchini with balsamic

2 medium size zucchinis

balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

1/2 fresh lemon

salt and pepper

Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and set on plate with the inside facing up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle balsamic and olive oil over zucchini. Put on grill for 4-5 minutes with skin side facing down. Flip, wait 2 minutes and flip again. Drizzle extra balsamic and squeeze lemons over faces of zucchini. Grill with for 1-2 minutes and serve. Makes a great side with burgers because the cook times are the same on the grill.
